What kind of Algorithms or method used in GotCloud INDEL calling ?

I'm trying to find the detail information about INDEL calling algorithms used by GotCloud, but, i just find some summaries (http://www.ashg.org/2013meeting/abstracts/fulltext/f130122813.htm) or practical guides on it. Could you please tell me where i can find the information.
