I just released GotCloud 1.14.7.

It fixes a couple of bugs in glFlex - one that could cause a segmentation fault and one that resulted in some negative GQs.

Also fixed the snpcall validation that each BAM only has one sample so it works with the latest BWA.

I just released 1.14.8 - the only change is to fix the validation for indel when each BAM only has one sample so it works with the latest BWA.

Another small update, version 1.14.9: Fix indel - there was an issue due to the recently updated indel default regions. The update now concatenates for a sample before merging.
