vcfPileup std::runtime_error

Hi,

I got the below error when running to VcfPileup with on my VCF. It has worked for other samples in the past though. I'm running with access to ~24GB of RAM and ~240GB disk quota. Can I have your help please

Running gpileup version 0.577
