Help me to remove the page that Google have Scrolled

There are some pages which Google have Scrolled from the Complaints
Forum. As that complaints were already removed from the forum but as
the Google have scrolled it ..it is still visible there in the Google
Cached Page and Google Search Results..
If any of our customer had been through any losses form us then why
don't they let us know the details , why they never ever reply to any
of our mail. They post they get the loss in our delivery calls and we
didn't even provide any delivery calls to our clients.They post that
our reports are fake then why don't they let us know there contact
number as we have all the records of our services which we have given
to our clients.
As of now I request you to please do the needful.
