The summary for this Russian page contains characters that cannot be correctly displayed in this language/character set

Hi,

Our Russian website search result is showing "The summary for this Russian page contains characters that cannot be correctly displayed in this language/character set" text for all the search results.

We are using encoding="UTF-8" and country culture code ru-RU.

When I perform search from Google mini admin console it shows perfect result.(Screenshot is attached)
