3 Weeks without a call back - I WANT to get Google Search Appliance!!

Apologies for the improper use of this forum, but I'm getting a bit frustrated.

I've filled out the "Enterprise Help" form 3 times in the last 3 WEEKS and I'm still waiting to hear from "a Google sales representative"!

I work for a university and we're interested in using the GSA for internal and external search solutions. We're starting redeveloping our intranet and In know GSA could play a large role in it, so the sooner I can get the GSA involved in this the better.

Can one of you Google employees kick this request up to your sales department?
