Hello, I am having a problem getting GSA to crawl and index video files (*.wmv).

I commented out the general expressions in the Do Not Crawl section for videos.

The following error is returned when it attempts to crawl a wmv.
"Crawled with empty body: Conversion error."

Any idea on the above problem?

thanks

That is normal because how should the GSA index the contents of a video file ?
Only the metadata if available and the filename can be indexed

Like Mathias said, you can't index WMV files directly. The GSA can
only index file formats that are text-based.

There are a couple of ways around this. You could build a content feed
that contains the text you want to index instead of the actual video
content. Or, you could create HTML landing pages for each video, and
index those instead of the videos.
