Single Word are not although the plural word exists.

For example, the user would like search the word "apple" and the Mini
contain a file with text "Green Apples".

When the users write apples the Mini return 1 result, but if they
write apple, document link doesn't show.

Does exist some parameter to correct this situation on the Mini?

The feature which you are asking for is called Query Expansion and is
only available on the Google Search Appliance. For the Mini what you
could do would be to use Serving -> Front Ends -> Edit -> Related
Queries but you would need to define these yourself.

Hi Lizka,

What you are looking for is query expansion, which is not available
for a Mini. You could try adding Related Queries but this will not
give the strength of a good synonym/lemmatization dictionary which is
available in a GSA.

Best,
Svetoslav
