My users have been reporting 'insecure content' errors when loading my search page. The Javascript console shows the error to be attributable to a Google Analytics URL: http://www.google-analytics.com/ga.js. If I clear out my account reference in the analytics_account section of the XSLT, the reference and the error go away. Unfortunately, now I don't have any analytics tracking for my search. Is there a way around this?

I have SSL enabled for public and secure content.

You'll need to edit your XSLT and change the URL to an HTTPS URL.

Thanks Dave. I found the Analytics URL reference in the analytics_script_url variable. Changed to HTTPS.
