Google Groups Invitation Procedure (IE7, WinXP, 2007-02-11)

In Google Groups the discussion group managers or members may send
invitations to people (depending on the group setting: are members
allowed to invite people or are only managers allowed to invite people
to the group).

In Google Groups invitation procedure the invitation will be sent to
an email address. The owner of that email address will not receive
messages posted to that group's discussion area until that person
opens the invitation message and clicks the link under the "You can
accept this invitation by clicking the following URL:" text (or if
there is a problem with the link that person may copy the link to the
address bar of the web browser).

After accepting the invitation, if that person already has a Google
account associated with that email address, that person may sign in to
Google Groups and edit the email delivery setting and also use Google
Accounts to change the settings for other Google services.

If that person does not have a Google account, that person may create
a Google account by clicking the second link in the invitation
message. After that person has created a Google account that person
may sign in to Google Groups and change the email delivery setting and
also use Google Accounts to change the settings for other Google
services.

Hello there,

The from part of initation mail is "=?ISO-8859-9?Q? akgunib=20(Google=20Gruplar=FD) =20 (nor...@googlegroups.com)". Why this happens, how i will fix it?

I don't know, maybe it's a bug in Google Groups. Looks like you might be using the Turkish language version or the Turkish Google domain (google.com.tr). That ISO code (ISO-8859-9?Q?) doesn't reveal, which ISO code is being used.

Suggestion: try different encoding settings in your browser and/or email client.
