Motorola razor v3 problem with google maps for mobile dam built in security settings that you cant change your self

the only options that motorola phones when using google maps for mobile
for security settings are 1.Ask every time for network access, or 2.
dont allow network access,and its missing always allow for network
access and i have tried other motorola phones with other phone services
and service plans and it seems pertty much to give you two options
1.always ask for network access,2.dont allow network access and goes
for the same to all motorola phones and think there and issuse that
google maps for mobile doesnt give you a legit certificate allowing you
to you use the third option allways allow network session or allways
allow network access and i do know that most motorola new phones have
security certificates install and wondering if we can turn one off
making this annoying pop up not show allow net work access, or not
allow access.
