enable full control of java settings for t-mobile

Okay i just found out why are people are having so much trouble with
google maps for mobile theres a file name j2me_domain_registry.sm on
t-mobile phones that t-mobile put there to restrict you from using
othere java software other than jambat sotware and why hell why will
they do such a thing but dont worry deleting this file will give you
full access to java security setting and you will see other aditional
java settings that was not there befor and i have tried this on my new
motorola razor v3 but to do this you have to download a third partty
software on your pc and its called P2KTools_v0.7.1.9 to delet this file
and its posible that other cell phone services have security put on
there phones also.
