Google Analytics data and Google trends differ my almost 60%

Hi,

We at www.quikr.com use google trends for comparing ourselves with
competition. But the problem is that the data that get recorded in
Google Analytics(GA) that we use and Google Trends is off by almost
60% when it got last updated for April ( data showing in trends is
much less)

Appreciate if somebody from Google Labs can fix this problem. I don't
mind sharing our GA ID with Google labs if required
