Unable to reinstall

to Google Gadget: VolumeControl
The gadget, which i use constantly, disappeared from the sidebar. I
cannot find it to either open or delete and therefore cannot reinstall
it. I've done a search and looked in the Google program file. How can
i fix this. Thanks.
