Thanks for the VolumeControl Gadget. Much needed.

Some Comments if you don't mind:

It's a bit small / thin. The "menu" icon gets in the way in the upper
range.
The Mute button could be bigger as well.
Give us a Vertical Option.

In fact - I wouldn't mind a large MUTE button Gadget. As big as the
Analog Clock.

Hi,

Thank you very much for your feedback.

The menu getting in the way is something I would like to fix but there
is no way to move or hide it.

As for the size of the gadget: Do you use a very large resolution so
that the gadget seems very small? I use a 1680x1050 resolution but the
display doesn't look very small. Since the space in the sidebar is
very rare I tried to make the gadget as slim as possible. If it would
be as larg as the analog clock it would waste a lot of space.

A vertical option might work in the undocked mode. I might add one in
a future version.

Best regards,
Benjamin

Benjamin;
Thanks for the quick reply. You have a good, clean gadget.
I guess I use the volume more than most. I'm on the phone a lot and am
always muting/unmuting - volume up/down.
I always open Windows Volume control with only the "Play Control"
selected.

I'm at 1600x1200 as well. I guess I'm looking for the larger "targets"
for the mouse.
That's why my suggestion of wider with a large mute button.

Also - the test tone at volume change is a nice touch on the Windows
version.
