Anyways, when I try to drag the volume slider, it ends up picking up
the whole control and trying to move it. I can click on a spot I want
to go though. However, I can't click too full of a volume since the
control buttons pop up in the upper right. If I could slide the
slider, this wouldn't be a problem though.
Even if I extend it out I can't slide the slider in the bigger version
that popped up either...
Thanks!
well first of all thank you very much. I'm glad you can like the
gadget.
About your problem:
If you click anywhere on the slider and keep the mouse clicked the
slider should became active and draggable too. This makes it easier to
drag the slider. If that also doesn't work I would suggest a check if
you have the very latest version of Google Desktop. there might be a
older version on your PC that doesn't fully support the slider
control.
About the control buttons there is nothing I can do. There is
currently no way to disable them or tell them to popup on the left
side if the mouse is over the right end of the gadget. This problem
was already mentioned to the Google developers so they might add
something about that in the future.
I hope this can help you solve your problems.
Best regards,
Benjamin
