As an Sr. Business Analyst, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

 

Responsibilities: -

• Strong domain expertise in area of Patient Support Programs, HUB Services
• Strong understanding of healthcare dataset and data mappings
• Understand client interfacing system and prepare the required specification documents
• Ability to map the data requirements. Work as a Business analyst
• Requirements management and communication 
• Proven experience working in data intensive projects involving BI or data migration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and capability to write User stories and acceptance criteria & work closely with the scrum teams at all levels.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows
• Understand client interfacing system and prepare the required specification documents
• Translating and simplifying requirements.
• Requirements management and communication
• Requirements analysis
• Expertise in Salesforce healthcloud preferred
• Strong experience in working with Salesforce
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce objects
• Ability to map the external data feeds with Salesforce object data model
• Working experience on integrations with external parties 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• 8+ Years

 

Location: -

• Raleigh - North Carolina(Hybrid - Once in a Month)

 

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

 

Mandatory skills

• Healthcare Patient Support programs, HUB Services

 

Good to have skills: -

• Strong knowledge of applying software development methodologies (SDLC, Agile)
