Lots of missed entries

Hi, I'm new to using IndexZip and I'm wondering if others have seen
the same problem, and hopefully know a fix. I'm seeing lots of jar
files whose contents aren't being indexed. Or example, class MyClass
may exist in Blah.jar and MoreBlah.jar under different packages, but
IndexZip is only showing it under Blah.jar. I tested this on a
machine where both compressed files existed prior to installing, and I
installed Google Desktop Search and then immediately installed
IndexZip.

I'd like to continue using IndexZip, but I'll have to ditch it if I
can't trust the accuracy of the searches.
