Fahrenheit to Rankine Conversion

During normal conversions (I used 70.3F to R but any other value besides 1F seems to work), this works perfectly, adding 459.67R.  However, when looking for a standard conversion factor and typing "1F to R", it gives the value of 460.67R. This is incorrect by 1R.
