CANNOT SEE "EVENTS" IN EMBEDDED GOOGLE CALENDAR

The only way I can see "events" in embedded Google calendar in my web site
is when I am logged into my domain, if I am not logged in, I can only see the
active but blank calendar.
Why can't the server recognize my events and put them in this published
calendar on my website?
