Google Books sometimes shows content, sometimes not.

Hello, 

Here is my environment.

Windows 7 64-bit

Chrome 39.0.2171.71 m (64-bit)

URL: http://books.google.com.tw/

Network: Inside a private network with firewall management. The firewall allows most of normal internet access.

Here is the question.

When using Chrome to browse Google books, the content sometimes shows and sometimes doesn't.

By pressing F12 to trace the network process, I notice that when the content fails to show, the process will contain a RED message.

Then press F5 to reload the same page, the content will show up if lucky. In this situation the network process won't contain a RED message. See the picture below.

And.... Yes, I have followed the Google user guide to set books.googleusercontent.com into Chrome Cookie Exception setting.

But I get the same result, the content sometimes shows up and sometimes doesn't.

Does Google Books have some special ports or policy that we need to set on our firewall?
