Language API in Non-Javascript Environments

Hi,

I'm learning to use language API in non-javascript environments, it
seems i found a bug about http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/services/language/translate.

please try:

http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/services/language/translate?v=1.0&q=你好&langpair=|en

I want to translate Chinese simplified word to English, but ajax api
will detect chinese words as english words and give me wrong result.

The same problem occurred when I use Japaness words as source, but
Ajax api works well between single-byte characters.

As Mr. Feldman pointed out on the issue tracker, you need to urlencode
your source string (and langpair, for that matter).
