Horizontal Video Bar stuck at loading

I used the wizard for developing the horizontal video bar code to use
in my website. Upon copying and pasting the code into the page I
would like it to appear on and previewing that page on the web, it
gets stuck at the 'loading' notice. What am I doing wrong?

Apparently, when you copied the code into your site, it was condensed
onto one line. There are a couple of JS comments in there that are
throwing you off. You'll need to edit the code and reinsert the
linebreaks.
