Possible to search words that start at the beginning of a sentence only?

Hello...

Was just wondering if anyone knew if it is possible to perform a
Google search for a string of words that start at the beginning of a
sentence only?

For example, if I wanted to perform a search for "computers are great
for"

But I only wanted results where the word "computer" was the first word
in the sentence.

Is this possible?

BTW- I know nothing about programming, I just have a good idea for a
