Hey googlers

I hope i am not troubling anyone and hope this is relevant to this
group

the api has been working well for the past one year,

We have recently started serving more than 50k searches a day.

But now since today morning the api doesnt seem to work from our 4
colo servers

the api works fine from my laptop in the coffee shop, leading me to
believe that our 4 servers have been blocked off by google. We might
have inadvertenly triggered some limits which we might not know.

But We got no warnings or emails or any sort of contact

Can you please tell me how to get our search api results back or how
to contact someone at google.

thanks

Sincerely
Mark

Hi Mark,

I believe everything should be working fine for you now. Please let
us know if you have any further problems.

Also, to be clear, the reason you didn't receive any warnings or
emails is because you did not identify your requests with either an
API key or referer header, so we *couldn't* send you any messages. Of
course, the API key is optional, but please make sure you set your
referer header as per the instructions here:
http://code.google.com/apis/ajaxsearch/documentation/#fonje

By making sure that we can find your website (with contact info)
easily, we will be able to contact you should there be any questions
or problems.

Thanks,
Adam
