Hello,
Does anyone live next to a property owned/managed by Ivy Residences? I have called in vain regarding their lack of maintenance which frequently spills into my property. Any suggestions on how I get some attention on this matter.
Karen

Prior to August, 2022, I lived in the ten-story apartment building (5110 S Kenwood) which is managed by Ivy Residences (formerly known as Hyde Park Property Management). In my opinion, this company is the lesser of two evils (the primary one being MAC Property management), and their service is substandard.
I found that to have my concerns addressed, I would visit the offices (located on 53rd Street between Dorchester and Blackstone) to speak to someone in charge. Call first to make sure that individual isn't "in a meeting."
