I read your article in wired with great interest. I believe the
Internet could grow be said that it "makes decision" if you gave it an
algorithm, and a good discussion board.
I hope you don't mind me copying and pasting your article, but I used
it to try and explain my idea, and this website:
I've written about my idea all over the Internet, but I have never
gotten very many people from the AI world very excited about it. I
thought that sense your idea/observation/insight, is so similar to
mine, that maybe you would understand it and be as excited about it as
I am.

The world does need a mechanism to have a structure logical
discussion. Whether your suggestion is the way to go is beyond my
expertise. I suspect whatever works will start out very simple.
