There are lots of ways that, with some good formatting, and current technology that we could build an algorithm that promotes good ideas.

Reasons to agree:
  1. We could organize other things and let them lend their weight to agree or disagree with ideas.
  2. It would be pretty easy to use the results of peer evaluations: Their would be forms that people would fill out that asked pointed questions about each idea. You could respond to each question on a scale from 1 to 10. These results would affect the total score for each idea.
  3. We should "follow the money" and let that money indicate which ideas are better.
