What: 5K or 1M Time Trial

Workout ⏱️
5K time is often used for pacing targets for all running training. So it's good to know it for the training planning. If you have not run any race before, this is a chance to feel it. Even if running fast is not your thing, your fellow runners are excited about the run. Being close to the moment might inspire you too.

If 5K/12.5 laps feel like too much for you, you can do 1M, which is 4 laps. A time trial is a mock race. Unless you're injured or with other conditions, I want you to do all in. You can bring your racing shoes. That's up to you.

Since Covid is ravaging, no after-workout drinks.
