Where:  Kezar Stadium, meet halfway down the home stretch.
When: Wed, 6:15 PM.
What: Pair up in groups of 2-4, round-robin format as each person takes a turn selecting one of the Intervals from the list.
WHYYY: Because Renee is coaching it and I like this one =)

Format 📋
Introductions, 1600m Warm Up, Drills
Pair up, Run Intervals
Cooldown
Sunset area and Blackhorse bar after for dinner and drinks (bring your ID & vax card!)

Intervals
Long
  • 2 x 1200 w/ 400 rest
  • 3 x 800 w/ 400 rest
  • 4 x 400 w/ 200 rest
  • 5 x 200 w/ 200 rest
Short
  • 2 x 1200 w/ 400 rest
  • 2 x 800 w/ 400 rest
  • 3 x 400 w/ 200 rest
  • 3 x 200 w/ 200 rest
