Workout ⏱️
In January, I'm planning to cover training essentials. Cruise Interval (or Threshold Interval) is one of fundamental training. What you do is simple: fast pace run + short recovery. A few things to keep in mind: controlled pace and breathing.

(4 min hard run + 2 min jog/walk) x 6 times

Since Covid is ravaging, no after workout drinks.
