Weekly Workout – Wed, Dec 28: 1200 meter repeat

🕕 When: Wed, Dec 28, 6:15 PM
📍 Where: The East gate of Kezar Stadium

📋 Format:
  • Introductions
  • Warm up + Movement drills
  • Workout
  • Cooldown (+ Core/Stretch)
⏱️ Workout:
We'll do a simple 1200-meter repeat.
  • 1200 Meter (3 laps) at 5K pace, 3 min recovery
I recommend 3 times, but some folks can do 4 or 5 times. It'll get more challenging for each lap, and that's supposed to be. This is the mental training for the end of the race. You will need to push hard while your body is tired.

🔋 Post Workout:
Let's go to Fireside (603 Irving St, between 7th and 8th Ave) this week! They let you bring food as well. So join us for food and drinks!
