Drills

Workout 1 - Longer Set (8k/4.9mile effort + recovery)
8x800m - 400m active recovery
4x400m - 200m active recovery

Workout 2 - Shorter Set (5.6k/3.4mile effort + recovery)
5x800m - 400m active recovery
4x400m - 200m active recovery

800m Cool Down
