As some of you may have heard, our incredible Coach Will ran 100 MILES in the Headlands this weekend. Join me in celebrating his accomplishment with some 100 meter pickups!
Warm-up: 10 minutes jogging + dynamics (high knees, butt kicks, skips, grapevine)
Workout: 6 x 400m hard, sprinting last 100m (recovery jog/walk 400m between each hard lap)
Cool-down: 10 minutes jogging + stretch
