Need some trail and climbing practice for the upcoming Urban Coyote Pacifica Summit Run? Here's your chance!

What: Running up Twin Peaks and around the Sutro Trails

When: Saturday, August 21, 8:45 AM

Where: Meet at Duboce Park stairs at 9AM (red X marks the spot)

Logistics: If you bike over or want to stash gear/wallet/phone, we will be able to store these items in my garage that is 1 minute away from the start location.

Distance: 7-8 Miles

Pace: Group Pace, No Drop, Regroup at top of hills

Post Run Food: Pickup food at The Grind or Sidewalk Juice (Haight + Scott) and sit in Duboce Park.

AQI: If we are projected to be 100+ AQI for PM 2.5, I'll most likely cancel. I'll update this post Friday night if it looks bad.
