Where:  Kezar Stadium, meet halfway down the home stretch
When: Wed, 6:15 PM
What: Embankments and Stairs


Format 📋
Introductions, 1600m Warm Up, Drills
Run in Circles for 40 minutes
Cooldown
Food and Drinks at Blackthorn (9th and Irving). Bring an ID as they do check.


Workout ⏱️
~400m using the Embankments (red)
~400m using the Embankments + Stairs (yellow)
3 minutes rest

Goal: Take the flat sections easy. Concentrate on powering up each climbing effort and maintaining a constant pace over the 40 minutes.
