Workout:This week, we've got a pretty straightforward workout. We're going to run the track for a speedy 300-meter (3/4 of a lap) run, catch our breath for 100 meters, and then repeat the fun all over again. We do this for 25 minutes, so the number of laps depends on how fast you run. I highly recommend aiming for a 5~10K pace.
Here's a pro tip: Find a running buddy(s) who has a similar pace. Having a partner means you both have to stick to the pace. Plus, every couple of minutes, you can take a breather and have a nice chat together.

Red Tail (545 Irving Street, between 6th and 7th Ave). Like the other places, they let you bring food as well. So join us for food and drinks too.
