Hey Runners,
The last two or three days airu quality has not really supported running anywhere on the San Francisco Peninsula. If you do decide to do any running please check air quality where you live and where you're planning to run. If you're going for any long runs, I'd recommend checking air quality as you go.
No structure workout. Protect yourselves and stay safe.
