Hi Everyone,

Sorry for delay in response, as i was travelling to China with no access to Gmail.

From the response i understand that Godrej Properties has excused themselves from every findings, response against some of the concerns I understand and agree to and some features they have provided are much appreciated.

But we need to be very specific in our demands and what is achievable e.g.

• Kitchen door not placed appropriately & Godrej saying that owner can take care of these issues personally once possession is offered
• Bathroom fittings and fixtures being sub class, as they committed they would be from reputed make.
• Floor tiles, i assume they are not going to do anything on this issue.

Also i called Godrej Properties today, spoke to Shilpi, she said possession would be offered in staggered way starting from Tower G and accordingly followed for others for my tower (i.e. F) they said visibility would be only clear by October end and possession would be offered by year end for all in any case. No idea how much is true.

Rest i am not in Gurgaon, hence can't visit site in person to inspect ground realities, but would go by groups opinion.

Kitchen door issue is well known to the Godrej projects team. For your benefit, the door opens inside the kitchen which is already too cramped (basically undersized proportions). If the door opens outside there is risk of collision. Optimal resolution would be to install an sliding door which does not eat up the kitchen floor space. The design engineer has acknowledged the design fault in private but he cannot go on the record. 
• Bathroom fittings and fixtures being sub class, as they committed they would be from reputed make. The fittings such as WC (to be used daily) are small sized even though they may be branded stuff.
