Thanks for solving this long term problem. Let us observe it for few weeks/months to conclude it as fixed.
Can you please help us understand what was the root cause of this long term problem we have been facing ? also what’s the fix now ?
What was the need to release the dirty water to adjacent plot earlier and what is the fix now ?
Also, can you please confirm that the STP is rightly sized for our condominium.
Will appreciate a detailed reply on both the above points.

Dear All,
Reference subject, This to update you all that we have recently completed the underground/overhead water tanks (Domestic & Flushing) cleaning job through external vendor at Godrej Frontier.
We have received only 9 complaints regarding the dirty water in flushing system last month and same were addressed as per response time only and received few more complaints in last couple of days.
However, It has been observed that the MGF (Multigrade filter) in STP is not filtering the water as per the capacity and we have already aligned expertise vendor for early closure of same.
We will keep you all updated on further progress accordingly as and when needed.
