I see that Google is still asking for silly stories from happy users
so maybe that's all they want now, no problems.

I disagree with you, I think these non delivery notices belong in the
spam folder. Spammers have been using bounces from clueless spam
filters for several years now.
Have a great day,

Surely google doesn't care one way or another if I don't use their
free program, but it's embarrassing for me because I spoke so
enthusiastically of this program to others.
C'est la vie.

Mine works great. Bounce messages that are legitimate are delivered,
and spammer generated ones are marked as spam. I have no problems,
but then I use the web interface as it was designed. Unfortunately,
that's the only way to access and train the spam filters, otherwise
you just get the default ones.

Have you tried the actual link that Tyler provided?
There is a protocol that you must follow that has been discussed here
a few times.
When you file a bug report or technical issue via one of these links
you get an automated response, and you must reply once or twice to
these auto messages and include the details of your problem. You will
eventually end up communicating with a human if you are unable to
resolve your problem. This protocol has worked for me and others.
What Tyler meant about this being a users group is that this group is
not run by Google or Google employees. You will find lots of critical
posts here. There is an official Google GMail group, there is a link
to it in the help section. It is run by Google employees.
Have a nice day,
Bill
