How to download my sent items from gmail to Outlook 2k7?

I use domain apps as more or less a back up to my Outlook pop
account. I reformatted my hd, downloaded all of the items in my inbox
but now want to repopulate my sent items. How can I do this... I
would ultimately like a pst copy of my sent items from my gmails sent
items so i can load them into Outlook.

You should already have your sent items if you downloaded all your messages via POP.  In Outlook, do a search for anything that was sent by you, and all your sent messages should be there.
