voice and video

my friend and i did see each other but we can't now
she can call me but i can't call her- i click on her green camera,
absolutely nothing happens- why?- goggle don't seem to
understand that faq's never apply to each person's actual problem
grrr.

Has anything changed from the last time it worked?  As it, are you using a different browser/computer?  I know that the plug-in has to be installed on each computer you want to use video chat on.  That being said, are you sure that your flash is up to date and that you have it enabled?  Last, have you tried clearing your cookies/cache?

thank you,  Nick, no same computer, only  one, same OS, I "think "I have the right and latest flash and can only assume it is enabled-  not being a tech whizz I don't know how to enable  it, or understand what its function is, google  explain  nothing, but who am I  to moan  about a freebie?  :)

how do I clear mycookies/cache i'm using  xp  home with firefox- what does said clearing achieve?- i wish i understood more about puters- to me they are just  magic:)
