Aloha...
I need to do mass mailing to about 100 people in our chapter. The
guidelines for mass/bulk mailing say to use the 'Precedence: bulk'
header. How do I do that, please?

You need to use an e-mail client that allows you to set custom header
settings. You can't do that within the GMail webclient.
