Bug Report: Can't change GMail account settings

Hello.
Under "Google acounts" --> Email address --> Edit
Saving "Country (Optional)" field doesn't retain data.
I recently got back from a long stay in south america. When trying to
update my location, I pick it from the list and it always goes back to
the same old country. (Yes, I clicked "Save").
