Oops..the system encountered a problem (#010)

I am living in DDA (Deepest Darkest Africa) and until recently, Gmail
has been my friend and primary method of contact.

Suddenly, although I can read incoming email, when I try to reply, I
get "Oops..the system encountered a problem (#010)". This has gone on
for about 2 weeks

I am accessing the internet through a large corporation's computer/
network if that has any bearing on this issue.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated

General rule, try clearing cache and cookies. Have you tried that yet?

I have the same issues as Steve and I live in Paris, France. Do you
know how to fix it ?
