Spam etc... in Chinese

I keep getting spam in Chinese and now, some Chinese characters have
crept into my emails. I do NOT speak Chinese and I a frustrated. Is
there a way to contact Gmail to get this remedied?

    Google isn't sending the spam, so no. The only thing you can do is click the "report Spam" button for each one, which reports these emails as spam and teaches the filters how to distinguish them from non-spam emails. If you knew who was responsible for sending the spam you could complain to them or their Internet Service Provider, but there is no reliable way to know who is actually responsible for it. In fact, whoever had their computer hijacked in order to send it is not who is responsible for sending it.
