I doubt Google would allow itself to be 'down' for two days... I'd say

try Opera or Firefox, looks like IE is messing some things up, or
maybe your ISP (which is less likely)

I agree with both Luka and Jay.

I work like practially for 6 hours on Google everyday. I havent faced any problem at all. Maybe you need to check with a different browser.

I'm using from my school's PC, thus no admin privileges. Funny thing about it is that i can still use my gmail. The chat interface which was disable by the network administrators could also be used. However, it's ico  is replaced by the red X.

Btw guys thank for answering ;)

Are you in China by any chance? I just read an IHT Front page article about Sergei brin pulling out of the search services in China.

i just read yesterday from a traveller about his rss feed reader what
rss feeds failed after he updated them on an chinese internet
connection...
they must have apretty decent long list of filtered internet contents

next time when it doesn't work try google.ca or a different extension
