this extension will keep your bookmarks, form history, browser
history, cookies, tabs and windows (I disabled this) and even
passwords synced between multiple computers

it employs PIN-encryption to protect your data

too bad, for you :P

seriously, if anyone is truly happy with that browser after trying out
firefox, great... it just doesn't do it for me... it's like settling
for an axe after trying out the swiss army knife

I used firefox and I still use it often, but I actually came back to
Opera many times
At work I use firefox because I'm too lazy to install Opera on it.

it's all good, I'm just kidding... I just like to mess with people
unwilling to try The Other Thing and blindly sticking with what
"works"

if you've tried it and still think opera's better, I respect that

I've read the FAQ; it says you shouldn't instal it if others have
access to the computer. I still haven't installed it for that reason,
so if you're using it, this question is for you:

Is there any particular reason they can't have a setting to make you
sign in every time you load firefox?

because it would be a MAJOR pain in the ass, just as 'master password'
for saved passwords is

since firefox profiles are protected by windows user security, you're
probably pretty safe if noone has access to your username (but they
can have their own accounts)

I guess...

That should be a sufficient security measurement.
