Google has launched Picasa Web Albums . A place to store Photos online.

hmm...only 250 MB storage and a $25/year pricetag on 6GB? kinda ungoogly. oh well, i've already used up 63% of my storage and i'm not done...hopefully we get more free storage soon....

Yup, I agree with Caleb...

Picasa web album is a new add-on to their picasa software capabilities. Users now, could upload pictures up to the web. IMHO so far Flickr has the most user friendly interface to store your image online and share it with "people who you choose". IE friends and public.

Developers are also using their API extensively. IE photo gallery for wordpress....

plus that's not a very easy to remember web addresss.....and name like "oh ya I have it posted on flickr" or "Oh ya I have it posted on Picasa Web Albums"

Wow...sounds great....though maybe I'm over anaylazing....let's just call it google pics. or something
